Mirror Breakage

In the rare case that the mirror itself arrives broken, we will refund the mirror cost (approx. Rs. 3,000).

Customers must share clear pictures and/or video evidence of the damage within 24 hours of delivery.

🔹 Frame Damage

If the frame is delivered broken or damaged, customers are eligible for a replacement or return within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

🔹 Custom Orders

Customized mirrors (special colors, fabrics, or sizes) are non-refundable unless damaged during delivery.

🔹 General Conditions

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

Minor variations in color or texture of the fabric are not considered defects.

Cash-on-delivery advance payments are non-refundable unless the order arrives damaged.
